After the successful collaboration on his Wilshire Boulevard
penthouse in 2007, Jeff Baessler asked MMA to design his
vacation home in Austin. The property is located on a golf
course in an exclusive neighborhood about 20 miles north of
Downtown.
While the exterior of the house had to address the architectural requirements of the planned community, the interior is a complete departure from the public façade. The interior once again benefits from the combined talents of Baessler and MMA. The efficient design and tremendous selection of materials and finishes, make this house stand out as one of this company’s finest ever. MMA also designed the entire surrounding landscaped areas, including the entry fire feature, the pool, beach and spa, outdoor entertaining areas and the "secret garden" at the rear of the property.
MMA also enjoys the benefits of this fantastic home on a regular basis, as it serves as our “home” for our projects in Texas. Thank you Jeff, it’s always a pleasure spending time there.
