MICHAEL MARQUEZ ARCHITECTS
This three story office building was designed as the
corporate headquarters for the award winning construction
firm Bernards - Builders and Management Services. The new
headquarters brought together all of their employees under
one roof which are currently spread out over four separate
locations.
Located in the heart of the City of San Fernando, the building reflects a contemporary dynamism, while still respecting the city's Spanish heritage. The oversized arch beautifully emphasizes the entry, while the trellis covered patios on the third floor invite employees to take advantage of the favorable year round weather.
While their decades of outstanding work speak for itself, the completion of this project will further define their level of excellence in the construction industry. MMA was more than delighted to get the nod.
