The Farrand Residence is located in Hancock Park and was
designed for the Academy Award winning innovator and
owner of Panavision (cameras and lenses), John Farrand and
his talented wife, Emmy Award winning journalist, Giselle
Fernandez. The original 1925 house sits on almost a full acre
of beautifully landscaped grounds.
The concept for the remodel was to bring all of today’s special amenities into the home, while maintaining the existing charm and architectural wonder of the house. Great care was taken to update the entire Master Suite, as well as the Kitchen and Family Room areas. All of the Bedroom Suites were renovated and two elaborate home offices were created for John and Giselle. The property also includes a grand pool with accompanying pool house and gym, as well as a five-car garage with guest quarters above.
