The Greeley Residence is located on a beautiful, extensively
wooded two and a half acre site in the newly developed
Meadow Brook Estates, on the eastern edge of Big Bear City.
The project consisted of a two-story 5,500 SF custom house
with a detached four-car garage for this equestrian couple
and their children.
Besides the main house, the design of the property also included an eight stall equestrian barn and a 20,000 SF covered riding arena. A series of meandering trails was used to link the various elements of the site. While numerous trees were cleared to allow construction of the new three buildings, all other remaining trees were left in place and provided a mysterious setting for this magical property.
