The Marquez Residence is an extensive remodel of a 1942,
two-story, 3,200 SF house. The remodel included the
addition of a third floor to the existing home and the
expansion of the 2 existing floors.
The highlights of the addition are a new Master Bedroom Suite and three additional bedrooms. The remodeled main floor included an all new enlarged Kitchen, Breakfast Nook and Family Room. The rear yard features a new pool with raised jacuzzi, an outdoor barbeque terrace and a raised outdoor living room focusing on a limestone covered fireplace.
