The Severo Residence is a traditional 8,200 SF home that sits
on a one acre site in Arcadia, California. Situated within a
large gathering of fully developed oak trees, the project
contains a 5-car detached garage and weight room, oversized
pool with its own poolhouse, and gazeebo at the far end of
the site.
A large trellis connects the garage to the house while a stream runs through the rear of the property. The house itself is detailed in elaborate wooden trim, siding, and limestone, while maintaining a traditional architectural style.
The Severo Residence has been featured in the 2003 movie 'Old School' while its landscape grounds have been used for several national commercials.
