This exciting new project with CBA, our partners in Texas, is
scheduled to be the luxurious new home for a family of five
in the exclusive community of Rollingwood, overlooking Lake
Austin and just a stone's throw from downtown Austin.
The original 2,000 SF single-story house, built in 1968, is being enlarged to 5,600 SF. The newly expanded ground floor will focus around a central core, containing an open plan with the Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen. The Living and Dining Rooms will open onto a beautiful screened-in patio with built-in BBQ area.
An entirely new Master Bedroom Suite was created as well, with all the special amenities to ensure the owners every comfort. The new second floor provides three new bedroom suites for their wonderful children, as well as a spacious playroom for them to enjoy.
However, the third floor provides probably the most exciting part of the entire project. While the main two floors enjoy numerous views of the immediate neighborhood and the mature oak trees that adorn their property, the third floor offers something entirely different.
As you arrive at the top of the stairs, you are greeted by a new fully enclosed Lounge, which opens onto a covered Roof Patio via a full-width Nanowall, which extends out to an open Roof Deck. All three of these spaces will deliver an unobstructed, breath-taking view of downtown Austin. The Roof Deck guarantees to provide countless hours of entertainment during beautiful Texas summer evenings and an outdoor fireplace will provide comfort on the cooler nights as well.
